HONORING 250 YEARS OF WOMEN’S SERVICE
Women have served in the military for 250 years, from the battlefields of the American Revolution to the deserts of Kuwait, yet their service is often unacknowledged. The new memorial provides permanent recognition of the service, sacrifice, leadership and love of country of women whose contributions helped shape the nation we celebrate in 2026.
